The Pustomyty District Prosecutor’s Office has completed the preparation of the indictment against the former state registrar who conducted illegal registration of property rights to a residential property in 2017. The object of the illegal operations was a private house with an area of nearly 300 sq. m, located in Pustomyty.<\/p>\n
According to the investigation, the accused made improper adjustments to the State Register of Real Rights on Real Estate, acting without legal grounds. During the registration, documents that did not confirm property rights were used. As a result, the property rights to the house were unlawfully registered in the name of another person, leading to the opening of a criminal case.<\/p>\n
The former state registrar is charged with abuse of official position and unauthorized interference with automated systems. According to the laws of Ukraine, the accused is considered innocent until proven otherwise in the prescribed manner.<\/p>\n
