On Saturday, February 1, a large-scale inspection was conducted over 32 hectares in the floodplains of the Western Bug, located between the villages of Volsvyn, Bendyuha, and the town of Sheptytskyi.<\/p>\n
The inspection involved staff from the Chervonohrad Rescue Station, the State Emergency Service (SES), the State Consumer Service, the veterinary service, and representatives from the Sheptytskyi District Military Administration.<\/p>\n
During the examination, specialists discovered 38 dead swans. The birds’ bodies were packed in special bags and handed over to experts for further examination to determine the cause of death.<\/p>\n
The city council reminded residents about existing restrictions within the buffer zone. It is prohibited to transport poultry, eggs, or other poultry products from this area to other farms.
