In the Lviv region, another educational and practical center – ‘Professional Culinary’ has started operating. It was opened at the Sambir Professional Lyceum.<\/p>\n
The opening ceremony was attended by the Deputy Head of Lviv Regional State Administration, Oleksandr Kulepin.<\/p>\n
From now on, future chefs-pastry chefs, waiters, buffet workers, and bartenders will be trained here. More than 5 million hryvnias from the regional budget were allocated for the creation of the center.<\/p>\n
According to the head of the Lviv Regional Military Administration Maksym Kozytsky, the institution received modern equipment, including electric stoves, refrigeration equipment, dishwashers, and other technology. It was also possible to equip 16 workplaces, conduct a major renovation of the dining area and porch.<\/p>\n
“I would note that our region is a leader in the field of vocational education in Ukraine. In particular, we already have 54 educational and practical centers that provide the opportunity to obtain relevant specialties,” added Maksym Kozytsky.<\/p>\n
