Some Ukrainians may lose access to free medical services.<\/p>\n<h3>What&#8217;s happening?<\/h3>\n<p>If the data in the medical system does not match the state registers, some declarations will become inactive. The NHSU will check patients&#8217; data, and the Ministry of Finance will only fund active declarations.<\/p>\n<h3>Who&#8217;s at risk?<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Children \u2013 if a child has received an ID card, their data needs to be updated instead of the birth certificate.<\/li>\n<li>Individuals who have changed documents \u2013 for instance, those who have changed their surname, passport, or phone number.<\/li>\n<li>Those who signed a declaration in 2018 \u2013 previously, the tax code was not mandatory, so it might be missing from the database.<\/li>\n<li>Those who have not visited a doctor for over 3 years \u2013 the declaration may be annulled.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>What does a valid declaration provide?<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Free consultations with a doctor<\/li>\n<li>Blood and urine tests<\/li>\n<li>Measurement of glucose and cholesterol levels<\/li>\n<li>Fluorography, cardiogram<\/li>\n<li>Tests for hepatitis and HIV<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>To retain access to medical services, check your data and update it if necessary.
