The Commercial Court of the Lviv Region ruled in favor of the community of the Busk Territorial Community of the Zolochiv District, recognizing the improper use of the land plot. The company did not comply with the lease agreement conditions, using the land not according to its designated purpose and systematically avoiding paying the rent. This land was allocated for farming purposes, but the tenant did not fulfill its obligations.
