With deep sorrow, we announce that on March 21, 2025, while carrying out a combat mission to defend the Homeland in the Sumy region, our fellow resident of the village Monastyrok-Oglyadivskyi, commander of the 1st squad of the 3rd rifle platoon of the rifle company of the 3rd rifle battalion, junior sergeant Soltys Vasyl Volodymyrovych, born in 1980, was killed.<\/p>\n
The defender served Ukraine with dedication, bravely defending its independence and freedom, and, unfortunately, gave his life for it\u2026<\/p>\n
We express our sincere condolences to the family, friends, and comrades of the fallen Hero. Together with you, we bow our heads in mourning and honor the bright memory of the Warrior.
