It has been established that a 20-year-old resident of Odesa was making drug drops in Lviv and then sending information about their locations to buyers through Telegram.<\/p>\n
For his actions, he faces up to twelve years in prison. The accused was exposed by operatives and investigators of police department No.1 of the Lviv District Police Department No.1 under the procedural guidance of the Halytskyi District Prosecutor’s Office.<\/p>\n
On February 17, during territorial investigation, the culprit was found with a ziplock bag containing over 80 grams of PVP, as well as other physical evidence. In addition, at the drop locations completed by the dealer, police seized packaged bundles of the psychotropic substance.<\/p>\n
The pre-trial investigation, initiated under part 3 of article 307 (Illegal production, manufacture, purchase, storage, transportation, transfer, or sale of narcotic drugs, psychotropic substances, or their analogs) of the Criminal Code of Ukraine, has been completed. The indictment has been sent to the court. The article\u2019s sanction provides for a punishment of imprisonment for a term of nine to twelve years.<\/p>\n
