As established by criminal police operatives together with investigators from police division No. 1 of Lviv District Police Department No. 1, a 33-year-old resident of Lviv stole Kevlar helmets, as well as covers and components for them, from the enterprise where he worked as an assembler. The total damage caused to the enterprise amounts to over 88,000 hryvnias.<\/p>\n
The pre-trial investigation in the criminal proceedings, opened under the procedural guidance of the Halytskyi District Prosecutor\u2019s Office according to part 4 of article 185 (Theft) of the Criminal Code of Ukraine, has been completed. The indictment has been directed to the court. The maximum sentence the accused faces is up to eight years in prison.<\/p>\n
