Our community is among the ten in Ukraine that have become part of the second phase of the MATRA project \\”Contribution to Energy System Decentralization, Security, and Stability through Local Community Development.\\” This project is implemented by the public organization DiXi Group with the support of the government of the Netherlands.<\/p>\n
As part of the initiative, DiXi Group experts will assist communities in preparing preliminary feasibility studies (pre-FS) for energy-efficient projects identified in the Municipal Energy Plan (MEP). This work will continue until the end of June 2025. Currently, the city council is still determining the objects for which these documents will be developed.<\/p>\n
The main goal of the project is to assist communities in transitioning to sustainable development and a low-carbon economy. During the implementation of the initiative, participants will receive consultations, expert support, and will be able to present their projects to potential donors and partners for further funding.<\/p>\n
