With the assistance of the Lviv Regional Prosecutor’s Office, the real execution of the decision of the Economic Court of the Lviv Region was ensured, which satisfied the lawsuits of the Drohobych District Prosecutor’s Office against the business entity regarding the restoration of the community’s right to land plots.<\/p>\n
The lands in question are designated for energy purposes and are located outside the village of Oriv in the Drohobych district. Their total area is 4 hectares.<\/p>\n
It was established that in 2014, the business entity leased the land plots for the construction and maintenance of a wind power station. However, the defendant systematically violated the terms of the contract by not paying rent for the land use.<\/p>\n
The court agreed with the prosecutor’s arguments to restore the community’s rights to the land plots and satisfied the claims. As of today, the court’s decision has been executed, entries have been made in the State Register of Property Rights regarding the termination of lease agreements, and the land plots have been returned to communal ownership.<\/p>\n
