He is charged with unauthorized occupation of a land plot in a protected area (Part 2 of Article 197-1 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).<\/p>\n<h3>Case Circumstances<\/h3>\n<p>The investigation established that the accused, during August &#8211; September 2024, without the necessary permits, occupied land in a protected area, which is a coastal protective strip of the Opir River. This involves a water fund land plot located in the center of the resort village Slavske.<\/p>\n<p>To achieve this, the man exceeded the boundaries of land plots owned by his wife and artificially created an earthen mound. In addition, he installed a concrete foundation with metal posts for the further fencing of the annexed land. Thus, he illegally increased the total area of his wife\u2019s land plots.<\/p>\n<h3>Legal Consequences<\/h3>\n<p>At the request of the prosecution party, the unauthorized occupied plot has been arrested.
