In January-April this year, taxpayers in the manufacturing industry and trade of the Lviv region contributed 1.5 and 1.3 billion UAH in individual income tax to the budget.<\/p>\n
\u201cThese two sectors are the largest ‘suppliers’ of the region’s tax,\u201d<\/em> stated the director of the Finance Department of the Regional State Administration, Oleh Demkiv.<\/p>\n The combined share of these sectors in total individual income tax receipts is 31%. Compared to the same period last year, this share increased by 2 percentage points.<\/p>\n In terms of the dynamics of paid amounts compared to January-April 2024, the leader remains the ‘Information and Telecommunications’ sector with growth of 61%. Taxpayers in the mining industry are not far behind, with a growth of 55%. Tax payments by the ‘Construction’ sector increased by 44%, by the ‘Trade’ sector by 40%, and by the ‘Agriculture, Forestry, and Fisheries’ sector by 35%.
