From the first days of Russia’s full-scale invasion, Anton voluntarily joined the defense of Ukraine as a soldier in the 24th Separate Mechanized Brigade named after King Danylo. During his service, he demonstrated courage and commitment, but in 2023 he had to resign from the military due to health issues.<\/p>\n
Despite his discharge, Anton never gave up his dream of returning to serve \u2014 he planned to join the border guard service. Sadly, his dream remained unfulfilled as his heart stopped before he could re-enlist.<\/p>\n
A memorial service will be held on May 26 at 7:30 PM in the Church of the Holy Mother of God, Queen of Ukraine. The farewell and burial ceremony will take place on May 27 at 11:00 AM. Anton will be laid to rest at the Alley of Glory in Bendyuz Cemetery.<\/p>\n
The City Council extends sincere condolences to the soldier\u2019s family and loved ones. The entire community shares the sorrow of this irreplaceable loss.<\/p>\n
