More than 4.5 million UAH of unpaid tax has been compensated to the budget in the Lviv region.<\/p>\n
Under the procedural guidance of prosecutors from the Lviv Regional Prosecutor’s Office, over 4.5 million UAH of unpaid tax was ensured to be received into the budget. **It was established** that the head of a company whose primary business is the wholesale trade of building materials evaded paying this amount of tax. Specifically, during business transactions, corporate profit tax was not taken into account when determining the tax base. Within the framework of a criminal proceeding registered under Part 1 of Article 212 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine, the head of the business entity fully compensated the damages. The pre-trial investigation was carried out by detectives from the territorial bureau of economic security in the Lviv region.<\/p>\n
