The acting director of a state enterprise of the NAAS of Ukraine is suspected of abusing his official position.<\/p>\n
According to the Lviv Regional Prosecutor’s Office, the official concluded contracts for the sale of agricultural products at prices significantly lower than market rates. This concerns more than 6,600 tons of winter wheat and corn grain. Such actions resulted in losses to state interests exceeding 13.3 million UAH.<\/p>\n
Prosecutors have filed a petition to the court for the suspect’s arrest and removal from office. The pre-trial investigation is being conducted by investigators of the Main Directorate of the National Police in the Lviv region.<\/p>\n
