An organizer of an illegal border crossing scheme for 15,000 US dollars has been uncovered in the Lviv region.<\/p>\n
Under the procedural guidance of the Lviv Regional Prosecutor’s Office, a resident of Volyn has been notified of suspicion in organizing the illegal transfer of a person across the state border of Ukraine. According to the investigation<\/strong>, in June of this year, the suspect organized an illegal border crossing scheme for a person of conscription age. For a monetary reward, he promised to transfer the “client” through one of the checkpoints in the Odesa region to a neighboring country, specifically the Republic of Moldova. The cost of such a service was 15,000 US dollars.<\/p>\n Law enforcement officers detained the suspect in accordance with Article 208 of the Criminal Procedure Code of Ukraine while obtaining the previously agreed sum. A decision is being made on the preventive measure for him. Investigative actions are ongoing, and all involved individuals are being identified.
