In a passenger bus, customs officers discovered hidden liquids for electronic cigarettes and nicotine gums.<\/p>\n
Today, on June 24, a passenger bus “SWISTTAL-CHARKIV” arrived at the “Shehyni \u2013 Medyka” checkpoint, returning from Germany. During the customs formalities, including the scanning of the bus, customs officers detected anomalies and directed the vehicle for a thorough inspection.<\/p>\n
As a result, in the luggage compartments above the wheels, they found hidden goods: 2,440 bottles of liquids for electronic cigarettes and 660 chewing gums with nicotine.<\/p>\n
An administrative protocol has been drawn up against the bus driver according to part 1 of article 483 of the Customs Code of Ukraine (CCU). The estimated value of the concealed goods is over 800,000 hryvnias. Notification of this fact has been sent to the Territorial Department of the Economic Security Bureau in the Lviv region for further investigation.<\/p>\n
