Drivers can wait out the hot period in special areas for temporary parking. The restrictions apply when the air temperature exceeds +28\u00b0C. The ban applies to vehicles weighing over 24 tons and with an axle load of more than 7 tons.<\/p>\n
\u201cThe restrictions do not apply to the transportation of hazardous, perishable goods, live animals and birds, as well as transportation related to preventing or eliminating the consequences of emergencies,\u201d<\/em> the announcement states.<\/p>\n Patrol police crews monitor drivers’ compliance with traffic rules.
