The rapid response command ‘Shkval’ of the 7th Border Carpathian Detachment received its first 66 awards for bravery.<\/p>\n
This elite combat unit, established in May 2015, comprises the best warriors who have always been at the forefront. From the Kyiv region to the Donetsk region, from the Luhansk region to the Kharkiv region, they have been defending Ukraine’s independence since the first days of the full-scale invasion.<\/p>\n
For their courage, bravery, and dedication in carrying out combat missions, the border guards received awards and certificates. Colonel Oleh Trofimenko, head of the 7th Border Carpathian Detachment, thanked the servicemen for their resilience and heroism. \u201cEach of you contributes invaluable input to the common cause of defending Ukraine. Thank you for your courage, unwavering faith, and for being an example for the whole country.
