Lviv Oblast State Administration Head Maksym Kozytskyi stated that \u201cthe awarding of certificates took place as part of the implementation of the state \u2018Heroes Policy\u2019 \u2013 a component of Ukraine’s Internal Resilience Plan\u201d<\/em>.
