On weekends, the load increases even more – on average by 16% compared to weekdays. As of now, the situation at the border is as follows: “Shehyni” – 70 vehicles, “Krakovets” – 70 vehicles, “Hrushiv” – 35 vehicles, “Rava-Ruska” – 20 vehicles, “Ugryniv” – 15 vehicles. “Smilnytsia” and “Nyzhenkovychi” are operating without delays. We recommend planning your trip in advance and, if possible, choosing less crowded border crossings.<\/p>\n
Renovation work is ongoing on the Ukrainian side at the “Shehyni” crossing, temporarily reducing capacity for both passenger and freight transport.<\/em><\/p>\n In June, over 1.3 million people and almost 268,000 vehicles crossed the border in the Lviv region. At the same time, the number of people leaving Ukraine exceeded the number of entries by 78,000 citizens. The greatest load is traditionally observed at the “Shehyni” and “Krakovets” border crossings. Average traffic levels are seen at “Hrushiv”, “Ugryniv”, and “Rava-Ruska”.
