Nazariy Volyansky, <a href=\"https:\/\/enkorr.ua\/uk\/news\/unimot_nvestu_55_mln_u_stvorennya_palivnogo_termnalu_v_ukran\/264318\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\">Enkorr<\/a> reports.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<p data-end=\"684\" data-start=\"635\">According to him, the land plot has already been purchased:<\/p>\n<ul data-end=\"929\" data-start=\"685\">\n<li data-end=\"746\" data-start=\"685\">\n<p data-end=\"746\" data-start=\"687\">The facility will be located in western Ukraine, in Mostyska;<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-end=\"808\" data-start=\"747\">\n<p data-end=\"808\" data-start=\"749\">investments in the construction are estimated at 55-60 million euros;<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-end=\"929\" data-start=\"809\">\n<p data-end=\"929\" data-start=\"811\">It is planned to create a modern fuel terminal that will become an important element of the region&#8217;s energy infrastructure.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-end=\"1069\" data-start=\"931\">This project is part of a strategic plan to strengthen Ukraine&#8217;s energy security by expanding logistics capabilities at the EU border.<\/p>\n<h3 data-end=\"520\" data-start=\"187\">Polish company Unimot S.A., one of the leading independent importers of liquid and gaseous fuels in Europe, is implementing a large-scale project in Lviv region<\/h3>\n<p data-end=\"520\" data-start=\"187\">Unimot has already acquired land for the construction of a large fuel terminal within the Shehyne community of Mostyska district with an expected investment of EUR 55-60 million.<\/p>\n<p data-end=\"928\" data-start=\"522\">This facility will become a strategic infrastructure link for the storage, discharge and shipment of fuel for the Ukrainian market. As <a href=\"https:\/\/loda.gov.ua\/news\/28581\">noted<\/a> back in 2022, Unimot Ukraine, together with the Lviv Regional State Administration, was considering three potential sites with the necessary space and access to the railway line. At that time, the first stage investment was estimated at \u20ac12 million and the creation of about 40 new jobs.<\/p>\n<p data-end=\"961\" data-start=\"930\">Key features of the project:<\/p>\n<ul data-end=\"1267\" data-start=\"962\">\n<li data-end=\"1023\" data-start=\"962\">\n<p data-end=\"1023\" data-start=\"964\">The terminal will receive fuel tankers on a narrow gauge;<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-end=\"1097\" data-start=\"1024\">\n<p data-end=\"1097\" data-start=\"1026\">Fuel will be discharged, stored and further transported;<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-end=\"1163\" data-start=\"1098\">\n<p data-end=\"1163\" data-start=\"1100\">Transportation &#8211; both by road and rail;<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-end=\"1267\" data-start=\"1164\">\n<p data-end=\"1267\" data-start=\"1166\">The project will strengthen Ukraine&#8217;s energy independence by ensuring stable fuel supplies.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3 data-end=\"1655\" data-start=\"1269\"><strong data-end=\"1293\" data-start=\"1269\">About Unimot<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p data-end=\"1655\" data-start=\"1269\">Founded in 1992, Unimot Group is the largest fuel distributor in Poland. The company specialises in diesel, biofuels, LPG, natural gas, electricity, motor oils and bitumen. The company has been listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange since 2017. Unimot is actively developing a network of petrol stations under the Avia brand in Poland and Ukraine.<\/p>\n<p data-end=\"1896\" data-start=\"1657\">In Q1 2025, the company generated PLN 47 million in gross profit.
