The court has initiated proceedings based on a claim by the Stryi District Prosecutor’s Office regarding the annulment of ownership registration of the dams.<\/p>\n
The claim is filed against an individual with the aim of \u201cannulment of the state registration of ownership rights and obligation to remove obstacles in exercising the right to use and dispose of the property\u201d<\/em>, as stated in the prosecutor’s application. It concerns hydraulic structures, particularly dams, spillways, and intake structures of the ‘Monach’ type, located on a land area of over 20 hectares.<\/p>\n It has been established that these structures previously belonged to the local community. However, in 2023, despite the legislation, they were transferred to private ownership due to violations in the procedure for state registration of real estate rights.<\/p>\n These facts prompted the filing of a claim in the interest of the community.
