From August 1, 2025, fines for violations of the requirements for using PPO\/ePPO will be applied in full.<\/p>\n
The Drohobych DPI of the Main Department of the DPS in Lviv region reports that the transition period has ended when reduced fines for violations of the rules for the use of cash registers (PPO) and software cash registers (ePPO) were in effect. In 2023, the state temporarily reduced the amount of fines to 25% and 50% to adapt businesses to new conditions.<\/p>\n
These mitigations have expired, and fines for not using PPOs and not issuing receipts will once again be charged in full: 100% of the value of goods for the first violation and 150% for each subsequent violation.<\/p>\n
\u201cWe urge business entities to adhere to the established calculation rules in the field of trade, public catering, and services,\u201d<\/em> – note the DPI.
