On the Diia<\/strong> portal, services for ordering duplicate certificates and extracts from the Registry Office are available again.<\/p>\n Now Ukrainians can order documents such as birth, marriage, name change, divorce, and death certificates online. More than 123,000 citizens have already used this opportunity. Documents can be received via Ukrposhta, either by selecting courier delivery or at a branch.<\/p>\n To order a document, one must log into the citizen’s cabinet on the portal, select the appropriate service, fill out the application, and choose the delivery method. Payment is made online, and the application can be signed using Diia.Signature or another qualified electronic signature (QES).<\/p>\n The status of the application can be checked in the \\”Services \u2014 Ordered Services\\” section.
