A tragedy occurred on the water in the Stryi district, leading to the death of a man.<\/p>\n
On August 12 at 14:34, a report was received about an incident in the village of Demnia. While swimming in the lake, a man dived into the water and did not resurface. The deceased was identified as a man born in 1958.<\/p>\n
At 16:30, employees of the Lviv Central Rescue and Diving Service found and retrieved the man’s body to the shore. It was handed over to police officers.<\/p>\n
Rescuers warn:<\/em> when swimming, choose only equipped and safe places, do not swim far, do not dive in unfamiliar spots, and do not overestimate your abilities.
