Water levels are declining up to 8 cm on the rivers of the Lviv region.<\/p>\n
The previous day saw summer low flow conditions persist in the region’s rivers, and water levels on some tributaries of the Dniester are nearing their minimum long-term values. This particularly affects the monitoring points on the Dniester River at Strelky Village, Dniester River at Rozdil Town, and Holovchanka River at Tukhlya Village. According to the monitor at the Striy River in Matkiv Village, water levels have reached their minimum long-term values, as observed in 2015.<\/p>\n
The water temperature on the mountainous tributaries of the Dniester ranged from 10.0 to 16.0\u00b0, while the rest of the region’s rivers had temperatures between 17.0 and 23.0\u00b0.<\/p>\n
In the coming day, fluctuations with a predominance of decline in water levels will continue to be observed on the region’s rivers, along with a further decrease in flow. On certain mountainous tributaries of the Dniester, water levels will continue nearing their minimum long-term values, with local potential for reaching these levels (monitoring point on Dniester River at Rozdil Town).<\/p>\n
