The government program \\”eRecovery\\” provides compensation for damaged and destroyed housing.<\/p>\n
This program is implemented by the Ministry of Community Development, Territories, and Infrastructure<\/strong> together with the Ministry of Digital Transformation. It was launched in 2023, providing monetary compensation for repairs or purchase of new housing. As of early 2025, over 247,000 objects are registered in the Register of Damaged and Destroyed Property (RZDP). During this time, more than 70,000 families have received compensation, and about 5,000 applicants have received housing certificates.<\/p>\n The program provides payments: up to 200,000 UAH for category A and up to 500,000 UAH for category B. Monetary payments can be used for the repair or reconstruction of one’s own house. Priority groups include combat participants, large families, and other vulnerable categories of citizens.<\/p>\n \\”Housing certificates can be used to purchase an apartment or house,\\” – noted by the Ministry.<\/em><\/p><\/blockquote>\n The process of obtaining assistance includes submitting an application through Diia or CNAP.
