A scheme of forging medical conclusions for conscripted individuals has been revealed in the Lviv region.<\/p>\n
The investigation established that the heads of military medical commissions deliberately inserted false data into medical documents. The conclusions stated fictitious ‘serious’ illnesses, which allowed individuals to avoid service.<\/p>\n
Thanks to these fabricated documents, conscripts were obtaining the status of being unfit for service and could travel abroad. This facilitated evasion of mobilization and harmed the country’s defense capability.<\/p>\n
*Both medics have been notified of suspicion of officious forgery.* Prosecutors have appealed to the court regarding the selection of preventive measures and their suspension. The investigation of other participants in the crime continues.<\/p>\n
