The analysis of the community budget execution for the 8 months of 2025 showed positive results.<\/p>\n
According to the analysis conducted, the general fund of the budget received 127,235.6 thousand UAH in taxes, fees, and payments, which exceeds the plan by 6,501.9 thousand UAH or 105.4%. The execution of the general fund in terms of annual appropriations is 73.9%. Official transfers to the general fund amounted to 135,495.0 thousand UAH, which is 99.8% of the plan for the reporting period.<\/p>\n
The special fund’s income for January-August 2025 was carried out without taking into account official transfers at 1078.4% (plan 3,251.3 thousand UAH, with taxes and fees actually raising 35,061.2 thousand UAH), including: own revenues of budgetary institutions from the special fund amounted to 35,014.8 thousand UAH.<\/p>\n
All available budget resources were primarily directed to the payment of salaries with accruals, payment of utility services and energy carriers, other social payments classified as protected budget items, and support for the Armed Forces of Ukraine.<\/strong> The economic role of the budget is that it is an economic form associated with meeting societal needs.
