In 2018, the Lysychny Village Council organized a public auction for leasing this land. However, a proper monetary evaluation of the land was not conducted beforehand. As a result, the winning bidder obtained the lease at a significantly undervalued rate.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2286\" data-end=\"2369\">Due to these legal violations, prosecutors filed a lawsuit demanding the following:<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"2370\" data-end=\"2505\">\n<li data-start=\"2370\" data-end=\"2405\">\n<p data-start=\"2372\" data-end=\"2405\">annulment of the lease agreement;<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2406\" data-end=\"2466\">\n<p data-start=\"2408\" data-end=\"2466\">cancellation of the state registration of property rights;<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2467\" data-end=\"2505\">\n<p data-start=\"2469\" data-end=\"2505\">return of the land to the community.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"2507\" data-end=\"2743\">Although courts of the first and appellate instances initially rejected the claims, prosecutors escalated the matter to the Supreme Court.
