The average air temperature in the lowlands was 11.2 \u2013 12.5\u00b0 Celsius, and in the mountains 9.6 \u2013 10.2\u00b0 Celsius, which was within the norm. Precipitation of 1 mm or more was observed on 3 \u2013 4 days. According to meteorological stations, the total precipitation for the decade amounted to 7 \u2013 32 mm, representing 23 \u2013 167% of the decade’s norm.<\/p>\n
Agricultural meteorological conditions were satisfactory for the harvest of late crops. The sowing campaign for winter cereals is being conducted in the region’s farms. Frosts in the air and soil posed no threat to the main agricultural crops.<\/p>\n
