A minor motorcyclist was injured in a collision with a car in the Lviv region.<\/p>\n
The traffic accident occurred on October 2, around 16:00, in the village of Boryatyn, Sheptytsk District. Preliminary investigations by law enforcement officers revealed a collision between a Skoda Octavia<\/strong>, driven by a 31-year-old resident of the district, and a Voge 300RR<\/strong> motorcycle operated by a 17-year-old resident of the Sheptytsk District. As a result, the minor motorcyclist sustained physical injuries and was hospitalized.<\/p>\n The investigators from the Sheptytsk District Police Department opened a criminal case under Part 1 of Article 286 “Violation of traffic safety rules” of the Criminal Code of Ukraine. The maximum punishment provided by the article is a restriction of freedom for up to three years with the deprivation of the right to drive vehicles for up to three years.
