Oleksandr was born on August 4, 1972, in Sokal and studied at local school No. 2. Prior to Russia\u2019s full-scale invasion in 2022, he signed a military service contract and joined the 24th Separate Mechanized Brigade. He honorably fulfilled his duty while defending Ukraine on the eastern front.<\/p>\n
In 2023, during the liberation of the Kherson region, Oleksandr sustained injuries and was later demobilized from the Armed Forces of Ukraine.<\/p>\n
His heart stopped on October 10, 2025.<\/p>\n
The funeral service for the fallen Hero will take place on October 14 at 11:00 AM near the Church of Saints Peter and Paul in Sokal. After meeting the funeral cortege, a memorial service and burial will follow.<\/p>\n
