During the excursion, the students climbed to the rooftop of the office, where solar panels are installed, to observe their functionality in action.<\/p>\n CEO Mykhailo Hanchuk personally spoke to the visitors, sharing insights on:<\/p>\n how solar power plants work;<\/p>\n<\/li>\n practical tips for energy conservation in everyday life;<\/p>\n<\/li>\n his personal journey from a technical school graduate to the head of a company with over 700 employees.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n \u201cTo find joy in your work, you must explore different paths and eventually become a true expert in your field,\u201d Hanchuk emphasized.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n In the hands-on part of the visit, students entered the laboratories to learn how silicon crystals \u2014 the building blocks of solar panels \u2014 are grown.
