The Mayor of Belyz, Oksana Bereza, Honorary Consul of the State of Israel in Ukraine Andriy Rikota, and representative of the International Charitable Foundation ‘Unity of Heritage’ Roksolana Khanas signed a memorandum of cooperation.<\/p>\n
Its goal is to ensure the development of the Belyz city community in terms of historical value, cultural heritage, spiritual enlightenment, tourism, economic strengthening, and enrichment by restoring and ensuring the functioning of cultural sites located within the city of Belyz and possessing significant historical value.<\/p>\n
The Parties to the Memorandum, united by the idea of significantly enhancing the community’s development by restoring historical sites located within the city of Belyz and significant to the Jewish community, will contribute to the recognition of Belyz both in Ukraine and on the international stage, ensure the influx of tourists, and foster the cultural and economic development of the city, strengthening Ukraine’s diplomatic ties with other countries.<\/p>\n
