They must be registered in the Unified Register of Humanitarian Aid Recipients and enter information about the cargo into the automated registration system. It is also necessary to submit a declaration of the list of goods recognized as humanitarian aid at the checkpoint across the state border.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u201cThis is extremely important because a properly completed declaration is one of the mandatory documents based on which a vehicle can be registered with the Ministry of Internal Affairs authorities,\u201d<\/em> emphasized the State Customs Service.<\/p>\n<p>Amendments to the declaration are permitted only before its submission to the customs authority, except for certain cases. After crossing the customs border, changes are possible only in box 12 of the declaration.
