The Zolochiv District Prosecutor’s Office successfully returned a historical church in the village of Skvariava to the community.<\/p>\n
The church, built in the early 20th century in modern style according to the design by Yakiv Kuras, holds significant historical and architectural value. Its total area amounts to 250 m2<\/sup>, and its estimated value is 1.6 million UAH.<\/p>\n After the city council registered the church as an ownerless property, no individual claimed rights to it. Prosecutors filed a lawsuit to transfer the church into the ownership of the community.<\/p>\n As of today, the court ruling has been executed, and the building has been entered into the State Register of Real Property Rights as a municipal property.
