Applications can be submitted in person at the CNAP or online through the ‘Reserve+’ application. Territorial recruitment centers no longer accept such applications. ‘The deferment application can only be submitted by the CITIZEN PERSONALLY’<\/em>, the announcement states. The CNAP administrator does not provide consultations regarding deferment grounds, but only accepts applications.<\/p>\n A registered email address is required to submit an application. The decision on deferment is made by the territorial recruitment center. The approximate review period for an application is up to 7 working days.<\/p>\n The CNAP does not accept documents from SBU employees, civil servants, and other categories defined by law.
