In the Lviv Regional Clinical Perinatal Center, over 300 prematurely born children were nurtured over nine months.<\/p>\n
From January to September 2023, the municipal non-profit enterprise of the Lviv Regional Council, ‘Lviv Regional Clinical Perinatal Center,’ successfully nurtured over 300 prematurely born children, known as ‘early birds.’ Over the past four years, the center’s medical staff have treated and discharged more than 3000 such infants.<\/p>\n
‘These are infants who are born before the 37th week of pregnancy. According to international statistics, almost every tenth child in the world is born prematurely. They are very vulnerable and require special care.
