Main terms and conditions of purchase<\/h4>\n<ul data-end=\"954\" data-start=\"307\">\n<li data-end=\"403\" data-start=\"307\">\n<p data-end=\"403\" data-start=\"309\">The estimated cost of the work is <strong data-end=\"362\" data-start=\"336\">45,112,398 UAH excluding VAT<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-end=\"640\" data-start=\"404\">\n<p data-end=\"640\" data-start=\"406\">The project is being implemented as part of the Interreg NEXT Poland-Ukraine 2021-2027 project, as part of the Border River Bug Protection concept, which provides for the expansion of the sanitation network in border communities.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-end=\"737\" data-start=\"641\">\n<p data-end=\"737\" data-start=\"643\">The work must be completed by 31 August 2026.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-end=\"954\" data-start=\"738\">\n<p data-end=\"954\" data-start=\"740\">The tender procedure sets out requirements for participants, including experience, technical resources, qualified employees, and financial capacity, as confirmed by financial statements.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4 data-end=\"993\" data-start=\"956\">What does the reconstruction involve?<\/h4>\n<p data-end=\"1038\" data-start=\"994\">According to the technical specifications, the repair work includes:<\/p>\n<ul data-end=\"1334\" data-start=\"1039\">\n<li data-end=\"1079\" data-start=\"1039\">\n<p data-end=\"1079\" data-start=\"1041\">upgrading of technological equipment,<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-end=\"1153\" data-start=\"1080\">\n<p data-end=\"1153\" data-start=\"1082\">modernisation of mechanical and biological wastewater treatment systems,<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-end=\"1210\" data-start=\"1154\">\n<p data-end=\"1210\" data-start=\"1156\">laying of engineering networks and pumping equipment,<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-end=\"1263\" data-start=\"1211\">\n<p data-end=\"1263\" data-start=\"1213\">installation of sludge removal and treatment systems,<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-end=\"1334\" data-start=\"1264\">\n<p data-end=\"1334\" data-start=\"1266\">commissioning works.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4 data-end=\"1372\" data-start=\"1336\">Why is this important for Sokyal?<\/h4>\n<ul data-end=\"1974\" data-start=\"1373\">\n<li data-end=\"1592\" data-start=\"1373\">\n<p data-end=\"1592\" data-start=\"1375\">The existing treatment facilities were built in the 1970s and are outdated \u2014 their capacity to treat wastewater does not meet modern standards, which increases the risk of accidents and environmental pollution.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-end=\"1803\" data-start=\"1593\">\n<p data-end=\"1803\" data-start=\"1595\">Reducing the system capacity from 40,000 m\u00b3\/day to 10,000 m\u00b3\/day should improve the quality of treatment in line with the actual load and reduce energy consumption.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-end=\"1974\" data-start=\"1804\">\n<p data-end=\"1974\" data-start=\"1806\">Sokal is located in the Western Bug River basin \u2014 adequate wastewater treatment is critical for preserving water quality and the ecosystem.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4 data-end=\"2012\" data-start=\"1976\">Who finances and implements<\/h4>\n<p data-end=\"2230\" data-start=\"2013\">Funding \u2014 from an EU grant through Interreg PLUS and co-financing from the Sokal City Council.\u00a0<br data-end=\"2145\" data-start=\"2142\" \/>The customer is the Sokal City Council.<\/p>\n<hr data-end=\"2235\" data-start=\"2232\" \/>\n<p data-end=\"2620\" data-start=\"2252\">The planned reconstruction of sewage treatment facilities in Sokal is a large-scale and necessary project aimed at modernising the outdated drainage system, improving the quality of wastewater treatment and reducing environmental risks.<\/p>\n<p data-end=\"2620\" data-start=\"2252\">With an estimated cost of over 45 million hryvnia and completion scheduled for 2026, this project could be an important step for community development and environmental protection.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The Sokal City Council announced a tender UA-2025-10-13-014721-a for the reconstruction of sewage treatment facilities in the city of Sokal, Lviv Region. &#x1f539;
