Additionally, Article 65-1 of the Administrative Code of Ukraine stipulates a fine for illegal transportation, storage, or sale of forest products ranging from 510 to 1020 UAH. Violation of the procedure for the acquisition or sale of natural resources without documents is punishable by a fine of 170 to 510 UAH according to Article 88-1 of the Administrative Code of Ukraine.<\/p>\n<p>Furthermore, offenders are required to compensate for damages as determined by the rates for each cut tree.
