The IV Congress of Culture “Connection and Disconnection” is taking place in Lviv, bringing together artists, cultural institutions, media representatives, and the public to discuss the challenges of war, memory, losses, and future models of cultural interaction.<\/p>\n
During the event, the head of Lviv Regional State Administration, Maksym Kozytskyi, emphasized the importance of preserving intangible cultural heritage as a component of Ukrainian identity. “Culture is not just art or music. It is elements of intangible cultural heritage. These are local traditions that shape our identity. We must mark them, preserve and develop intangible heritage.
