This was reported by <a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/lviv.gp.gov.ua\/posts\/pfbid02HbeNuPZd6EoMfPWyHPZQkcnmseswJ2kGptcvSDoMf76XJByGNzwGjT3NrqZURtZAl\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow\">lviv.gp.gov.ua<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>The property in question is a 45 sq. m apartment in the Frankivsk district, valued at over 3 million UAH. It was established that the property owner died in 2023 without leaving heirs, thus the property was subject to being recognized as escheated and subsequently transferred to communal ownership.<\/p>\n<p>In order to protect the interests of the territorial community, the prosecutor&#8217;s office filed a corresponding lawsuit in court. The Frankivsk District Court of Lviv agreed with the prosecutors&#8217; arguments and fully satisfied their claims.
