The child had one of the most severe forms of hypospadias, which complicates normal urination and can lead to serious problems in adulthood.<\/p>\n<p>The operation was made possible through the collaboration of medical professionals, parents, and social services. Doctors employed the staged Duckett technique, which reduces the risk of complications. In the first stage, a new urethra is formed from the foreskin tissue, which heals without urine exposure, reducing the risk of fistulas and scarring.<\/p>\n<p>In 3-6 months, the second stage is planned &#8211; connecting the newly created urethra with the main one. This staged approach allows for achieving high functional results. Over 90% of patients have fully restored function without serious complications after treatment.<\/p>\n<p>The postoperative period required the boy to remain in a lying position for 15\u201320 days, which was critically important for healing. Today, doctors note the child&#8217;s stable condition, a fully formed urethra, and the absence of complications.<\/p>\n<p><em>Source: <a
