These vehicles had been stationary for a long time, inconveniencing residents and violating public order regulations. The decision to relocate them was made by the commission responsible for identifying and relocating neglected vehicles within the Lviv community.<\/p>\n<p>One of the cars, which had been parked on Stryiska Street, 87A, for about 6 years, was removed based on information from the Lviv City Council&#8217;s safety and street infrastructure department. Other abandoned vehicles had been on Stryiska Street, 75, Shafaryka Street, 8, and Zamarsynivska Street, 12, for approximately 4 years.<\/p>\n<p>Before relocation, notices were placed on the cars urging owners to remove them themselves. As this was not done, the commission, which includes police, service centre staff from the Ministry of Internal Affairs, officials, and city council members, decided to move the cars to the impound lot on Konyushynna Street, 13.<\/p>\n<p>In total, the commission for public space in the Lviv community has relocated 78 abandoned vehicles to the impound lot. The first cars were removed from Lviv streets on 31 January last year. Following the launch of the programme to relocate abandoned vehicles, some owners have either removed their cars from the streets themselves or restored them.<\/p>\n<p><em>Source: <a
