In April, more than 6.1 million UAH<\/strong> in tourist levies were collected in the Lviv region. According to Roman Khimyak<\/strong>, the director of the Department of Sport, Youth and Tourism of the Lviv Regional State Administration, since the beginning of the year, this figure has exceeded 22.5 million UAH<\/strong>, which is 5 million UAH more than last year. This indicates a stable recovery of the tourism sector.<\/p>\n

At a briefing, they presented the dynamics of visits to tourist sites, highlighting: the Skolivski Beskydy National Park with over 11.5 thousand visitors, the Tustan Reserve \u2014 over 8.3 thousand, the Drohobych Museum \u2014 over 5.3 thousand, the Domazhyr Bear Sanctuary \u2014 1.8 thousand, and the Drohobych Town Hall \u2014 1.6 thousand people.<\/p>\n

Significant contributions were made by communities: Lviv \u2014 4.1 million UAH, Skhidnytsia \u2014 676 thousand UAH, Truskavets \u2014 348 thousand UAH, and Sokolnyky \u2014 143 thousand UAH.<\/p>\n

Special attention was given to the opening of the tourist season at Svirzh Castle<\/strong>, which will resume operations in mid-May. The castle in the village of Svirzh in the Lviv district combines the architectural grandeur of the 15th\u201317th centuries with picturesque landscapes.<\/p>\n

Svirzh Castle<\/strong> will operate on weekends, and visits are only possible in the form of guided tours. The entry fee for adults will be 150 UAH, for students and pensioners \u2014 80 UAH; children under 12, military personnel, and people with disabilities will have free entry.<\/p>\n
