The purpose of the Memorandum is cooperation, deepening of interaction and organization in the Chervonograd Territorial Community of social work, psychosocial support, implementation of joint events, programs and projects, provision of social services to elderly persons, persons with disabilities, internally displaced persons, as well as provision of humanitarian aid.
