The children’s hospital in Lviv received a state-of-the-art anesthesia and breathing apparatus

From now on, the PRIMA 320 ADVANCE anesthetic breathing apparatus helps the specialists of the St. Nicholas Hospital of the First Medical Association of Lviv carry out interventions. Doctors received such a universal anesthetic system from benefactors.

“No operative intervention can do without anesthesia and breathing apparatus. It is a guarantee of high accuracy of control of vital functions of the body during operations, and also creates the necessary level of safety for the patient. With the daily need for 5-7 interventions, only one of our modern anesthesia and respiratory stations, indispensable for complex interventions, could not ensure the full operation of the entire operating room. Sometimes, due to excessive workload, doctors had to operate at night,” explained the First Medical Association of Lviv.

The new device will allow the medical team to perform operations even better and save children’s lives. This equipment for operations was presented to the children by JSC Cargill.
