Lviv will establish medical cooperation with leading American universities

Lviv Mayor Andriy Sadovy met with Solve.Care CEO Pradip Goel. Opportunities for cooperation were discussed during the meeting.

“Our idea is to first build an UNBREAKABLE humanitarian system that will help all Ukrainians, and then share our experience with other cities of Ukraine. I also think that our knowledge will be useful for specialists from different countries of the world. We have unique results because we are developing very quickly. Every day, Lviv accepts new wounded, civilian and military, so our specialists become better every day for the sake of people who need our help,” said the Mayor of Lviv.

“There is a big difference between what war looks like from the outside and what it really is here inside the country. That’s why we’re here to talk in person, learn about your needs, and help if we can. I can already see that we can establish cooperation between Lviv and leading American universities, with which we already have a close interaction and which can be useful for you. It is even possible to develop special programs: educational, exchange of experience, consulting in matters of surgery, prosthetics, etc.,” said Pradeep Goel.

In addition, Olena Gunko, head of the city’s IT department, told the guest about the medical startups that were presented in Lviv as part of the International Rehabilitation Forum. These are developments to facilitate the physical and psychological rehabilitation of servicemen and civilians who suffered as a result of hostilities. The idea of developing these projects interested the director of Solve.Care, so he promised to find options to help these startups develop: attracting people, funds, etc.
